Meals on Campus
There are three meals every day: breakfast, lunch, and supper. Meals are served buffet style. On weekdays breakfast is from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, lunch from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm, and supper from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. On weekends breakfast is from 7:30 to 8:30 am, while lunch and supper remain the same.
Meal times may change for special events and holidays. You will be notified by the Housing and Dining Coordinator.
Food:
The dining hall serves Western food, Chinese food, and other Asian food.
Specials Occasions:
Every year we have special meals for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Easter. We also serve a barbecue for welcoming of new teachers, Culture Week, and foreign faculty year end party. Other special meals for foreign faculty include a special Christmas banquet dinner.
Bake Sales
Fund-raising bake sales in Peter Hall are big events for foreign faculty. The faculty not only teach at Sias but also have the opportunity to extend their kindness and love to support the orphanages in Henan Province.

With spring comes eating outside, drinking beer, and enjoying the weather.
