Corporate Finance is the study of how corporations analyze and manage their financial resources in an effort to continually add value to the company. We will be examining the players and markets, the resources available, and the issues corporations face when attempting to utilize those resources efficiently in the markets. Significantly, we will be examining how corporations use valuation analyses to prepare for the future and manage the element of risk.
