There are many opportunities to interact with students and grow together as a professional body. One example is hosting an English corner. This is where the teacher decides what topic they wish to teach, how many students can attend, and then one hour every week they can enjoy pouring themselves into their students and finding the exchange of information rewarding and satisfying. Other areas to explore could be, but are not limited to, the following: Sias English Radio Station, Bring Me Hope (orphan outreach), Sias Orchestra, Fly with English Club, Sias Counseling Center, various delegations wanting English teaching, attending various banquets, and so much more! The sky is the limit and creativity with flexibility is key to giving the most to your students and also getting the most out of your time.
